What are some non-traditional ways to studying for the MCAT?

osmosis…and i’m not talking about the examkrackers audio recordings

…what’s wrong with the traditional ways?

Non-traditional…like voodoo. I advise you to listen to music by Fela Kuti and/or King Sunny Ade. Then you should proceed to take the EK book and read the last chapter over and over while repeating “Heath Ledger was right.”
Ok. I think there is really only a couple ways to study. It depends on which way you like to learn. If you provided us with that info it would be useful. Like if you like looking at graphs, flash cards, or anything else. For me, science has always been hard, I have found that the best way to study for anything is to denigrate the material as much as possible. Figure out stupid catchprhases for stuff ala King Phillip Came Over For Great Spaghetti. I also find visualizing good, I try to make stuff as realistic as possible. (btw I mentioned Heath Ledger because I just watched Dark Knight).

What exactly does the verbal portion consist of?

ok thanks! guys yeah i usually use notecards but i find that doesnt work anymore
