MCB c100a Presti - Discussion Required?

<p>im taking MCBc100a with presti in the fall, is the discussion required to attend? like are there quizzes and stuff?</p>

<p>There are generally quizzes in MCB C100A discussions, but as with all MCB classes it’ll ultimately be dependent on the professor. I would attend (and pay attention!) all MCB discussions though. In my experience (C100A, 150, 110), they’re pretty invaluable in helping you learn and apply the course content. C100A is more calculation/problem-solve-y than most other MCB classes, so it would be especially useful to watch your GSI work out sample problems, etc.</p>

<p>C100A gives quizzes during discussion. You don’t have to go to lecture but discussions are important.</p>
