@kimtaehyung unrelated but I love your username
@rosesrosie haha thanks
@ss302001 I just got around to calling them and she said to just wait it out, which is still a bit curious considering everyone else’s status changed so fast and they got results rather quickly. But I can wait some more no problem

NOTE: I am an athlete and I will ski for McGill’s Varsity Ski Team. McGill hired a new coach in the fall and when I contacted him he offered the option of admissions looking at my application early. That is why I got my decision in October.

@pastalover10 They only care about having good grades in the classes that directly apply to your major. For example, I am going into Electrical Engineering and they asked me specifically for my AP Physics grades from 12th grade because the last time I took physics was 9th grade and I got a B. They wanted to make sure that I was doing well in physics as an engineering major.
@VanessaSF As an athlete, I went through a slightly different process and was in direct communication with a specific admissions officer. I can tell you that they want to ensure that you are succeeding in high school classes that directly pertain to what you are studying. If you have a 90% or above in future major-related courses I’m sure it will be fine. They probably don’t want 85% or lower though.
My status says reviewed- decision pending. Approx how long do you guys think they’ll take to get back to me?
Hello, I’ve submitted my addition documents on 29th of January (the day my status change to “Further Review Required”.
It has been more than 2 weeks now and I still haven’t heard back from admissions office in a while… What should I do?
@ss302001 I’ve been on reviewed- decision pending for almost 2 weeks now. I have no idea how long I am going to be on this status but I’m thinking probably until March at some point. Don’t read too much into the status bc it isn’t a bad/good thing…I really cannot quite figure it out. Patience is needed I assume!
Hi all
Has anyone who applied on the deadline of Jan 15 heard a decision?
Thanks
RSMMKB
Also, I don’t see any post from UK based applicants? Anyone from UK already heard the outcome?
Does anyone know if McGill superscores the SAT?
@ssundar100 no they do not
I am trying to contact McGill about the status of my application. Does anyone know which email I can send my inquiries to?

@alisaxnosova Congratulations!! May I ask you when did your stats changed to “under review”? Cuz its been more than a week with “further review required” for me :((
@bunnn22 heyy, it literally did not change. I was actually worried for a bit because my friends at my school submitted FRR documents on the same day and they heard back within 2 days.
When I uploaded, status did not change for me so I guess you can’t know when they will be checking it. I hope you hear back soon!!!
