mcgill engineering

Hello. Do you know if an engineering bachelor is in 4 yours or 5 for french students??

I think it all depends on how much advanced standing you can receive before beginning. In the following link on admission standards, it states that French students can receive no more than 30 credit advanced standing. One would assume they would only partly be in required courses, so at best, I think it would tak 3.5 years or even the full four years.

Here is a page with links to sample curriculum, choose the non-Cegep option and perhaps you can guess which credits you might receive for those beginning classes.

Hope that helps - did you get accepted?

Thanks a lot!! I thought that students from CEGEP did 4 years so the others from USA or France do 5 years. And yes I am accepted.
