<p>I don’t quite get this Question - “To which government student aid program will you apply?”</p>

<p>Also, McGill is the only school I’ve seen that lets you apply for FA after you’ve been admitted. Need blind, I persume? :S</p>

if I am a US permanent Resident/ Canadian Citizen, should I pick Canada or US?</p>
