<p>For the benefit of those who haven’t had a chance to visit McGill, or are considering McGill and are wondering what it looks like, I thought that it would be cool to have a thread where we can post images/links to images of the school so people can kinda get a sense of what it’s like :slight_smile: It’s something I wished I’d had when applying, it would have set my mind at ease. </p>

I would like to assure people that that incredibly obnoxious construction building will be complete by fall 2005, and it is much needed new practice rooms of the music faculty. oh, and the view out the other side of RVC is much prettier</p>

<p>So yes. Sorry these are mostly from the summer, but I gues that’s probably good because it’s a glimpse of what those of you who are attending next fall will see when you get here. </p>

<p>oh and harpgirl, the new music building will not include any new practice rooms, very unfortunate, but hey it will include the world’s most accoustic perfect recording studio! woohoo, go mcgill.</p>

<p>if possible, I’d like to see some pictures of the other residences as well. so if anybody has anything, I will be much obliged. Also, do students usually get together in the common rooms or whatever to watch tv or just hang out? What about hockey games? I’m expecting hockey to be up and running next year, so…The bars in Toronto are usually jam packed on nights when the Leafs are playing. Does anyone know if they show Leaf games? I mean, I know it’s all about the canadiens in Montreal, but…maybe? Is it possible to get cable in your room?</p>
