McGill pre-med and faculty of engineering

Can i be in the faulty of engineering and fo pre-med. Also is there a gpa requirment for screening applicants?

…there’s no such thing as a “pre-med” major…All you need to do to get into med school these days is take the pre-req courses, and score high on the MCATs. You could be an engineer and do this, or h3ll, you could be an english major and do this…

but what would be acceptable gpa from an egnieering student looking for a good medical school??

Idk, but science kids are looking at 3.5’s to be competitive…I don’t think they would care about your major.

more like 3.7GPA to be actually competitive?
and like minimum 30 on MCATs

Your major doesn’t matter but you may have to take pre-req courses for med school, and if it’s not part of your program you’ll have to take them as electives.
