<p>Hey …i was just wondering y do ppl say tht mcgill bussiness is bad…or not as good as queens and western commerce…wat makes it worse…
is it becasue the couse is not good? eg big classes</p>
<p>statistically it seems the same…its average starting salary is the same as all the other top universities…so recruiters seem not to differentiate between them ( they pay the same if you are good and from mcgill or queens)</p>

<p>As far as i know, it’s not that mcgill is not as good but these schools you’ve mentioned have better reputation due to smaller classes, more personal attention and better proffesors. you can also add the John Molson school of business in Concordia university - reputation-wise it is a better business school than McGill’s from the reasons i’ve mentioned.</p>
<p>McGill has gained their rep particularily from their med and science faculties.
when it comes to a job though - don’t think you’ll have a problem.
it’s not that McGill has a bad business school. it’s less about what school you graduate and more about how good you are at what you’re doing</p>
