How accurate is McGraw-Hill at predicting SAT II scores? All I hear people talking about on CC is Barron’s.

I’ve been getting roughly 660-690 on the McGraw-Hill tests and I’m screwed if I can’t get a significantly better score on my actual SAT II.

According to my tutor, McGraw-Hill is about as difficult as the actual test, perhaps a bit easier. You’re probably a little short on time at this point, but maybe you can practice using Barrons and then test yourself with McGraw-Hill because Barrons is one of the most difficult test prep books out there.

I ordered Barron’s a couple of hours ago.

Well, at least the mistakes I’ve made on my practice tests have mostly been silly ones like forgetting a negative sign, evenly distributed throughout the test. It’d be worse if they were concentrated at the end; this would signify a lack of understanding of higher material more than anything.

How respectable is Princeton Review, then? I’ve just taken one of theirs and just scraped by with an 800. I didn’t use any scratch paper, though I did use a calculator.
