McLaughlin Refers to Obama as Oreo

I can’t say I am sure what to make of this one?

Sounds like something George Jefferson would have said about his neighbors…

I’m not sure either… he may not have meant it as too derogatory, but it could very well be taken either way and offend people.

It’s kind of true. Obama’s story is so incredibly unique that he couldn’t possibly have picked up “stereotypical black behaviors” (I wonder if I will get crucified simply for stating such a thing exists).

He does not sound black. This benefits him greatly in a national election.

I suppose we can file this under the “blatantly obvious but still can not be mentioned in public because people’s feelings might get hurt” folder.

How about Coconut, MilkyWay, AlmondJoy, Mounds…?

So is McCain a white asparagus?

All are pretty good.

Off topic

I like the new Oreos commercial; the father and son one where they were teleconferencing. I think it is very good.

I don’t understand why people are making a big deal of everything in this election. Who cares?

It’s funny how we’re going back and forth between whether Obama is black enough, or too black. Personally, I think his degree of blackness is juuuust right.

His blackness matters because blacks who vote by color want to make sure he’s on their side, and whites who vote by color want to make sure he isn’t.

If Obama is an oreo, he is the kind that has one dark cookie, one vanilla cookie, and a wholesome peanut-butter filling. People can see whichever side they want. That is the truth about his heritage.

I was thinking more of a strawberrry dipped in chocolate.

I saw the show.

CNN should be ashamed of itself…again.

They clipped this out without showing the comments that preceded and followed.

Do they not have any real news?

CNN has repeatedly tried to interject race into this election.
They really should be ashamed.
They’re not.

.

Or one of the Black and White cookies they have in New York.

Yes Mr. Payne, they’re all the same. And Sidney Poitier and Hank Aaron are a credit to their race. And wait, don’t tell me, some of your best friends are Black.

Sidney and Hank are a credit to their race. The Human Race!
