Mechanical engg then Aeronautical?

<p>Hi!</p>

<p>I plan to go to a good state university (ABET accredited and top 96 carnegie foundation’s ‘high level research’ category) for undergraduation. I am doing Mechanical Engg here.</p>

<p>After 4 years of Mechanical Engg, is it possible for me to move into the Aeronautical Industry before having a Post Graduate degree in Aeronautical Engg?</p>

<p>Is it possible for me to have 4 years of Mechanical Engg (as an undergrad) then move into Aeronautics for post graduation? Is this mix the right thing to do?</p>
