<p>I’m a junior level Mechanical Engineering major. I also have an AAS and some diplomas in electronics/electrical and was a certified electronics tech. I’ve also worked as a mechanic.
The electronics/electrical covered everything from the small components, sensors, motors and motor drives, PLC’s and wiring boxes and bending conduit.</p>
<p>Will my previous electronics/electrical education and hands on mechanical experience be any kind of a help when looking for a Mechanical Engineering job in the near future?</p>
<p>Also, my current GPA is 3.5+</p>
