medical sciences PhD?

<p>just wondering if anyone knew what the top schools are for medical sciences, especially microbiology? and if any of them have any specialities in tropical medicine or infectious diseases? i know about NYU, Harvard, Yale and Johns Hopkins already, and was wondering where else everyone in the know would suggest :)</p>
