<p>No. You would have a foreign medical degree (mostly likely a MBBS) and would have to go thru the certification/accreditation process that all FMG have to go thru.</p>

<p>FMG are at a disadvantage when it comes to getting a US residency position. They are less likely to match and are much less likely to match into the more competitive specialties than US medical grads (including DO graduates).</p>
