Medical Withdrawal Question 2019

I got accepted to UC Davis. But, I might get denied when I submit application update.

Okay so, I had to medically withdrawal from Chemistry due to an unexpected event which left questionable permanent damage in my left arm. It happened at the beginning of the semester (my injury- just two weeks out) I was taking 19 units for my last semester at community college in Moorpark. I had to drop Chemistry because there was really no way to make up missing a quiz or test. The only time my doctor could squeeze me in was during my college hours. The appointments are really hard to get for my clinic. I heard that for my condition in my left arm that if I had waited the five months when the semester was over, my arm would have gotten worse without treatment. Anyway, I tried to explain my situation as best I could to the additional comments when I submitted my report to the college.
My last semester I am receiving C’s from my college courses doing the best I can to make it up. I received nothing but B’s and A’s in all of my classes the only thing that messed up my GPA was a course I took when I was in High School. At the time I didnt think it would affect me, but it hurt my overall GPA. I am trying to get medical withdrawal excuse for the course. Chemistry is the only one left on my IGETC that I need. I do have two other withdrawals from courses, I did explain to them about those courses and they still accepted me.

Transfer from California Community College
School accepted so far: UC Irvine and UC Davis
School of choice: UC Davis
GPA: 3.3
Major: International Relations

Will they let me take the course over the summer for pass or fail?
Will this hurt my chances for resubmission?

You need to contact UC Davis and find out your options. Since it is a Medical withdrawl then they should be understanding. Offer to take the class in the summer and see what they say. Admissions is the only one that can make that judgement.

Only the people ay UCDavis can give you an accurate answer. You have to communicate with them.
