Medill Journalism Info Required

<p>Hi all, </p>

<p>I have been accepted into the Graduate Journalism program at Medill without funding. I was wondering whether someone can provide more information about international students at Medill (It would be great if I could connect with one!).</p>

<p>Additionally, does anyone know of scholarship programs, funding options or any other options for getting through journalism grad school? The cost of grad school seems pretty steep and loans (at least for international students) are few. I have been told that the program is pretty intensive and working thru grad school will be very difficult if not altogether impossible. </p>

<p>you won’t have time to work through medill’s program unless you go part time, but i know many, many journalism students actually sell their assignments to news outlets. hand in your homework and see it in the newspaper. it won’t happen frequently enough to cover your costs, but it’ll take a little pressure off.</p>
