<p>It’s for this reason, I think those who did apply should complain to UAH. To change at this late of a date, after some acceptances, caused some to not apply elsewhere.</p>
<p>I think UAH should honor the scholarships for those who were accepted before the change since there was a logical assumption that the scholarship would be awarded. If UAH was considering a change, they should have taken down the website.</p>
