<p>Everyday I take 1.5 hours to study SAT by reading review books and 1 hour to memorize vocabs. Should I cut down the time memorizing vocab (like half an hour) so I have more time to study for other stuff or should I just not do vocab at all?</p>

<p>If you get 17-18/19 questions, there is no point.</p>
<p>If you get 10/19 or less, then yes you should study vocab. If you are sort of in between then you might consider doing a small amount, like reviewing every word on your practice test you don’t know. But hardcore studying it pointless.</p>
<p>why don’t you cut down on other activities such as tv instead :).</p>
<p>Vocab is just 1/3 of the reading section and your currently spending 2/5 of your time memorizing words that might or might not appear on the exam. You should still study vocab, but not so such.</p>
