He admitted to fondling the breasts and genitals of four of his sisters and one other minor females and complications stopped him from being arrested and by the time they sorted through everything, the statute had ran out. But instead of being sent to a rehabilitation facility for a drastic period of time, he was sent to do manual labor. And I don’t have the statistics on this, but I’m sure there are contractors and constructions workers out there who have touched children. So idk what that was supposed to do.
