Great advice wrt SAT vs. ACT. “prepping” untimed over the summer is key. A high score (1350-1400) would offset that GPA and would help in getting admission to mid-tier universities’ honors programs, which is a great help because 1° students are overall stronger than their classmates in regular classes, hence easier time being top 10-20% +2° Honors classes tend to be where honors students get their better grades + 3° priority registration means premeds can avoid “whimsical” graders or bad teachers.
With a stronger test score, Creighton would really be in play, plus Muhlenberg, Juniata, UNC Wilmington (if OP likes beaches) and Christopher Newport.
