<p>(dumb question –>) Do they count Biomedical Engineering as a 2nd bachelor’s degree?</p>
<p>I <em>think</em> that can apply to ANY major, but ONLY if you already have a bachelor’s degree from somewhere else. For example, you graduate from your State school in math and then apply to CMU for some other undergraduate degree</p>
