<p>All accepted students may have a semester free of tuition charges if they had a 3.5 GPA (perhaps a lower cutoff for harder majors) or above the last semester. Otherwise, they pay in full. The idea is, of course, to encourage students to perform well.</p>

<p>Free rides are to attract top students to the school. Once the students are at the school, there is no need to use merit scholarships anymore.</p>
