<p>Alright I got accepted to the URI Pharmacy program which is very competitive and requires high grades and act scores but yet they only have me 7500 for merit scholarship when I have to pay out of state…is that normal??</p>

<p>If the above is your ACT, then that merit award is probably about right. The bigger awards are probably going to those with ACT 30+ (or SAT equivalent). </p>

<p>Well I have heard of other students receiving 14k with lower stats than me which is why I am confused</p>
