I’m sure they would be willing to give out the Presidential to Option applicants, but I expect you would need high rank and GPA, and some dedicated ECs.

(b) University of Toledo offers huge auto OOS merit aid (see table link below), Assuming it takes a 3.6 gpa or better to make it into the top 10% combined with a 33 would be a $15k auto merit award. OOS tuition is less than $18k so $3k net before additional competitive merit awards and the ability to bring in outside scholarships. A 3.8 gpa and ACT 33 would be good enough to be considered for a presidential scholarship: full tuition, room, board and stipend.
