<p>I emailed them once, one weekday morning and I got a reply later in the day</p>
<p>well, I usually recieve their replies within a day…if it’s weekdays.</p>
<p>I guess it was the day when the college was off, so I could not get the reply early. a confession!!! But I got a reply to the recent message within an hour. improved when I posted on this forum…this forum is kinda lucky!</p>

<p>One one day, I recieved the reply within 5 mins…that was cool.</p>
