Hmmm. I thought they were getting on the bandwagon and building a campus in the Middle East when I saw the headline.
UCB, Michigan did not get on the bandwagon (and wisely so) in the 2000-2005 period, when opening a campus in Qatar or Dubai was all the rage. Since then, the appeal of those satellite campuses has completely eroded.
