Micro/Macro Economics

To buy an textbook would it be better to buy two different ones for the two different exams, or one general economics book??

Bump!!!

just one . buy the taylor book . It 's pretty good

I use Economics by Paul Krugman and Robin Wells. It’s pretty good, and it has a website that comes with it for free where you can see interactive graphs, test questions, etc. I bought it off of ebay for around 60 dollars. The original price is around 140 dollars. Also, it was published only a couple of years ago.

or…you could just buy a review book like those of PR/Barron’s. Review books are much shorter than the overly detailed textbooks and give you immediate feedback on AP questions. I know many people who have gotten 5’s on their independent AP’s by simply reading review books weeks before the exam.

but if you like textbooks, that’s cool too.

My school uses “Principles of Economics” by Gregory Mankiw.
It’s very thorough and straightforward.

Ahh…Gregory Mankiw. My teacher’s obssessed w/him. We had a 07’ grad who’s attending Harvard right now as a speaker, and all she talked about was Mankiw…
