Microeconomics/Macroeconomics 2010

yeah frankesteinz thats what i said too

What did you guys write about for the ATC question?

PF2, QF2, etc.

@familyguy: thats my answer though  dont know if it correct or not
@1a1: take a look at my post the previous page,

i mean it seems logical haha.

I saw it, but does my answer “ATC level at QF2 was lower than the ATC level at PF2” make sense?

Not really seeing as ATC didn’t change.

I thought Macro was a joke and Micro only a little more difficult but still easy.

You just say “ATC is lower than PF2”, that’s it.

I might be wrong, but I thought the question asked about comparing ATC at PF2 and QF2, so I tried to incorporate both things.

@ 1a1: I dont think it makes sense because people usually deal with P and ATC

I don’t remember the labels, but you just say that the new point of ATC that you sell at is lower than the price (making a profit)

anw, for micro, question 2, is MP curve gonna change ?
For macro, is the bonds price increasing or decreasing, also the last question what happen to dollars ?

What’s the difference between Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and what is the best review book? I’m considering self-studying this for next year but was wondering if it is hard to self-study for econ and what the best review materials are.

macro- I used 5 steps to a 5. It covered pretty much everything I saw on the exam.

I think bond prices decrease? Lol this was a guess. I wrote that interest is a profit rather than a cost for the buyer so if interest goes down, demand goes down and then prices go down.

You mean the one about argentina? I think pesos depreciate.

the one of us dollars , of course pesos depreciate

^got the same thing :)

For the corn one, I said that since corn was used in both ethanol & cereal and the demand for ethanol increased, less corn was used for making cereal, decreasing the supply for cereal. Since there was a decrease in supply, the equilibrium price increased and quantity decreased.

For the QF2 & PF2 vs. ATC question, I said that since ATC is under PF2 at QF2, (whatever business it was) is experiencing an economic profit.

^ Agreed. God after that MC I’m glad I got something right. The MC was twice as hard as any practice test I took, or the 1995 exam. I was really confident beforehand but now I don’t think I got a 5.

interest and bond price are inversely related

are we allowed to ask for curve predictions for the tests?? (for a 5 that is)
