As it is Mid-February, many schools are requesting my mid-term report, however my school has not released transcripts or ranks yet. I feel like it is very late in February, and I know schools say you can submit them “whenever they are available” but will submitting them so late (next week) affect my chances of admission?
Don’t agonize over things out of your control. Just send as soon as the reports are available.

No. You can ask your counselor to let the schools know they will be coming out next week and will be sent then.
