Mid-Term reports and other supplement questions

Hi!
So, some colleges I am applying to require not only transcripts through junior year, but mid-term reports from the fall of senior year. If my school doesn’t put mid-term grades on official transcripts, and doesn’t actually give us mid term reports at all, what do I do for this?

Also, Pomona’s website says that it’s good to clarify your transcript if there are any unusual things. In my case, I have a couple of classes I’ve homeschooled that are put on as passes, and I was thinking I should specify what these classes were about… how do I do that? Should I use the part of the Pomona supplement that says “Is there a broader context in which we should consider your performance and involvements?” (I think this is more focused on students who have had to take care of their siblings/have other family issues, but where else would I put it?!)

ALSO, Pomona says that you can submit an optional photograph (and I read that it helps the admissions committee connect your scores and such to a real person)… but how the heck do you do that?
Help!!

Maybe I can help…

Your school has to have some type of term: semester, trimester, etc. if not you could ask your counselor to send a mid-year report when you’ve completed half the year with the grades you have so far.

This you can put in the additional information section of the common app
