how important guys? mucho thanks in advance

just dont get any D’s or F’s and you should be good.

For RD applicants, mid-year grades can be very important.
Consider this: no highly competitive school can begin to accept all of its qualified applicants. They accept 85-90% of the superstars, and maybe 55-65% of the very, very strong but-not-quite-superstars. They reject almost all of the palpably unqualified (the rare exceptions being the major “development” cases).
Once they’ve dealt with these groups, they still have the majority of applicants to consider, all of whom are in contention, and there are just too many of them. So this is where they consider not only things like ECs, recs and essays, but also mid-year grades. They want to know how serious a student you really are, so that they can confirm that you are motivated to do well even AFTER your applications are all in.
^^Merely avoiding Ds and Fs doesn’t begin to do that. That is the formula for how not to have an offer of admission rescinded once you’ve been accepted; it is not the formula for how to get admitted RD.

In short: very important if doing RD, just need to maintain if did ED.

Will a C in Calc BC kill my chances?

^^That depends on a lot of other facts, but it can’t possibly help since a lot of candidates are doing well in it.
The plus is that BC Calc shows that you are challenging yourself.
