Mid Year Report Question

<p>I am completing the Mid Year Report for my son who is homeschooled. On the Mid Year Report, it asks starting date and ending date. For the MID Year Report, do they want me to list the ending date as the end of the “Mid Year” or the end of his senior year? Thanks!</p>
