Mid Year Reports for Regular Admission

I recently found out my first quarter grades were not as high as my junior grades (I had been getting mostly As and A+s in junior year, and now I have 2 B+s and 3As). As these grades will show up in my midyear report when I apply regular to Yale, how much does this affect my chances?

semester grades are what count, i believe, so even if your quarter grades are Bs in those classes, you can still pull out As in them if you work your tail off

Thanks, but to prepare for the worst im assuming those are around the grades i will get for the semester. Do they harm my chances?
