Okay, so here’s what happened:

I knew my senior grades by 1/10 so I put them on my application.

Then in February, I got a request for my senior grades. I sent an official transcript by fax on February 25 and got this e-mail a few minutes later:

This is to acknowledge receipt of your fax. Thank you for submitting your documents.

Applicant: ___________
Date received: 2/25/2009
Document: Mid-Year Report

But then I get a letter in March that is dated March 7 that says quite angrily that they still haven’t received my grades (“Unfortunately we find that the items we have previously requested of you have still not been received…we wish to bring our decision on your application to a close, but we cannot without the missing items”). I e-mailed them and said that I had already sent them, but I was going to re-post them online anyways. I did, and they sent an e-mail in reply that stated that they got it.

Will my “late” grades count against me for admission? They sounded pretty mad in the letter…(even though I sent them twice before receiving that letter)
