<p>I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but it does not give you an edge over the students that have stellar scores. Hopefully you have amazing essays, rigorous courseload, and ECs to wow them instead.</p>
<p>Agreed. By itself it’s not a killer, but make sure you make up for it with other criteria. If you can retake, it probably would be a good idea unless the rest of your stats are great and above their average.</p>
