<p>My parents went to pay the $50 fee, and when they clicked continue, it would say “SUBMIT ERROR-PREAUTH ERROR”. I’m not sure if it’s something wrong with the card or with the site. Has this happened to anyone? Any idea on what to do?</p>

<p>And if it still doesn’t work, try contacting SSAT (if that’s the service you used) and ask them what’s up.</p>
<p>Don’t panic - occasional technical problems with online submission are expected.</p>
<p>Turns out that I hit the payment button three times, charging the card three times 
the company froze the card. Mum is working it out now… Hopefully they will still accept my application :)</p>

<p>Well, the card won’t be unfrozen till wednesday. I will contact the school tomorrow and see if I could get a fee waiver and then send a check by mail or work something else out… bleh.</p>
