So basically, one of my teachers forgot to add the mark for the rest of the assignment that I did, and it significantly lowered the grade I have on my midterm. I talked to my teacher, and she said she’d send me another evidence report (singular class grade thingy) so I could send that to the schools. Do you guys think that’d be possible or will I be stuck with this grade. Also I will obviously be emailing AOs about this but I really wanted some other opinions before I embarrass myself asking the AOs 
I would think the guidance counselor should be involved communicating with the school AOs. I would talk to them.

Your guidance counselor should be able to send a corrected grade report and let the schools know the previous one sent had an error.

Please don’t worry about embarrassing yourself asking the AO a question about your application – that is quite literally what they are there to do for you! I promise that any question you have that is about your application is a question they are quite happy to answer.
But, just to give you some peace of mind, your current school will almost certainly send an updated grade report, so just make sure that your teacher gives the report to whomever is responsible for sending out your application materials. (In my kids’ school it is the school secretary, but it is sometimes the registrar or a school counselor.)
