<p>My school’s first semester ended February 1st. I have requested that my counselor upload my Midterm report to the Common App many times, and one of my friends at my school applying to Yale had his midterm report uploaded several weeks ago. I know colleges say that they want the report “as soon as possible” – what should I do, considering it’s already Feb. 24?</p>
<p>You could ask the counseling office to give you an official midterm report in a seaed envelope with the school seal and mail it in.</p>
<p>You could also request an appointment with you GC and stand there while he/she submits it. Just a thought.</p>
<p>Thanks. I will do my best to set up an appointment – it can be hard, because I go to a public school where the counselors are lumped with a ridiculously large number of students. I think each counselor at my school has about 550 students. xD</p>
