<p>I’m a current dual-enrolled high school student, also taking community college classes. In the two classes that i’ve taken (a morality/law class & intro to business) the midterm/final exams in the class are not cumulative - they didn’t cover material from the beginning of the course, just material not covered since the last assessment.</p>
<p>is this typical of a lot of classes in college? with midterms happening so quickly with the quarter system, are tests in classes cumulative? (i guess general ed classes that most students will have to take)</p>
