Yes, the mass and gravity is correct.
hmm… I said the intersection of freezing pt and solubility curve. Do not remember what the question was.

And the las passage thing… I said that the no, the solubility increases because it increased from -20 to 120.

And also there was one with 4 pictures… something about it 60% solution @ x degrees… I knew that there would be solid KI, but wasn’t sure about the h20 solid. I put one without it…

My last ACT that I took(April 4th) i got
C-27
M-31
S-26
R-24
G-25
I took it today and am really nervous about my scores. On the Science, I spent about 5 mins on one prblem in the beginning and had to hurry throught the rest. I thought the math was easy, but i thought on the distance between the house problem was 7 miles? What do you think i should expect for my scores because im really worried.???

Distance bet. (0,-6) and (8,0) is not 7.
squre root of 36 + 64 = 10

But I don’t think there was such question?

ughh i hated having to take this test. im already happy with my score. unnecessary effort for my brain.

any illinois people have any advice for PSAE Science? my school gave us some sample questions and they seem to require a lot of background knowledge, which sucks. how do i study for that??

tmzkdl, Was the one with four pictures at 120 degrees?
I said solid both, but idk. That whole graph had me freakin out with only two minutes left…

smarty99, i got the same for the solubility and boiling point curves and the no because the solubility increases. Also, for the colors, i remember figuring out that the smaller values for ‘n’ in the system had lower reflection or whatever the value was. Yellow was definitely in the middle. I think it was red, yellow, blue, but the red and blue can easily be switched around for all i can remember.

At least they didn’t try and trick us like in the February test with the damn lions. (I got really lucky and caught that), but man that was sneaky

Does this mean if we take the june test, we get the june scores before this one since we can check online for that?

We’ll Probably get today’s score a week or two before we get the June scores.

I’m pretty sure the answer to the 12 in ruler one was 97… if you put 96 i think you forgot to count the first mark at 0.

Another thing is… some people said he used them to save money… I changed that to pare down, even though come to think of it… both answers seem illogical. The passage never suggested that he was trying to “save money” though…

i remember having to bubble this one in quickly…but was the one with like a rectangle and triangle with a height of six and length of 17…

tan<BAC=6/17, right?

haha…i remember those fricken lions…resulted in a loss of a couple ?'s

oh u guys remember the white light passing thought hte prism…i said the light will go through and somethng about red be deflected…no clue on that one

red should be moving faster with less refraction I think…

White light through all the lights should pass through…

did u guys get “did not support either of the two passages” for the fighting scientist questions?

hmm…i don’t remember that choice

what about that density one…i put varing materials on teh left, red light for all of em, and their respective n’s…it was a mini hcart thing

hardworker, yes tan = 6/17

smarty im pretty sure the answer was the last choice on the list. they definitely all pass through (it’s glass, duh) and i think the red is deflected less because it is a longer wavelength (using background knowledge). blue is a shorter wavelength so it is deflected more.

colts bowl, i got that too. the fact that there was stuff between mercury and the sun had nothing to do with pluto, which is obviously very far away. and the information didn’t discuss the types of things that the scientists were talking about.

oh i looked @ the angles to see if red or blue got deflected…im wrong i guess…and im thinking the answer is “doesn’t support either arugment”…damn i changed it …i hoping for a good science curve

^^^ Jax and Colts, I got that, too.
Was really hard to choose that answer though, seeing as the majority of the time it is a trick.

hmm what other reading questions does anyone remember…? I am having so much trouble remembering them, but some of them were hard!

What about the purpose of the bedroom passage? Was it to recollect memories of childhood or something or show change? All i remember is i put second choice for that one? I think it was #21

lol…wow i always remember the useless details of a question, cant believe i remember the number

i put recollection of childhood memories

anyone put something about the lady getting older and everything looks different

her bed was not a symbol of power

i put nesting hen (defintely wrong)

what about the one “woods was not”…i put part of a small group of scientists

10,000 species named

and the labor union one. don’t remember much on that onee

I suck at reading, but I put memories of childhood.
Teachers b4 WWI had me dying…
Anyone remember the actual values for the sides of triangle II?
