<p>One of my classes, AP Biology, is one of the hardest in the school. First marking period, I managed to pull off a B. Second marking period, however, it fell to a high D. My family was going through a series of crises then (sister in jail, sister out of jail, sister pregnant, sister domestically abused, etc.) and the stress kind of got to me. I received a likely letter to Stanford and its my dream school. Will they not accept me now? Should I write the the admissions office and explain the situation? Help!</p>
