<p>i think the committee is meeting shortly if it hasnt met already but preliminary decisions have been made. Those unqualified have been weeded out and those who are overqualified have been put in the accept pile. The only thing left to do is to determine the fate of the borderline cases</p>

<p>if you think you are borderline I would send it overnight mail with a note attached explaining your situation, if not, I would wait until the decisions come out to see if you are accepted or not. If you are waitlisted you could send your grades at that time to see if they make any difference</p>
