<p>Ideally, I would like to come back on the second so I don’t miss my first class meeting. However, plane tickets are ridiculous (my fault for not booking sooner, I know). Anyhow, I spoke with my professor and said missing the first class is fine, but here is where the inconvenience is:</p>
<li><p>Cheaper plane ticket + transportation back from albany airport (if I can’t find someone to pick me up)</p></li>
<li><p>Expensive plane ticket + cheap transportation back</p></li>

<p>Any suggestions?</p>
<p>More lower-priced airfares may be available for Jan. 1 – especially since it’s a holiday – and I believe the dorms will be open then. (I haven’t checked to see if the shuttle is running from the airports that day, but you may be able to save enough on the airfare that you wouldn’t mind taking a taxi from Albany if you can’t find someone who will be driving to Williams from the airport).</p>
