As requested, sent to DoDMERB Form 2378, Statement of History Regarding Headaches. While waiting their response, the question is: Are migraines waiverable at all? Anyone have a soap opera story to share? Thanks to all

are they documented or just what you think are migraines. Has there been any tests done?

Yes, they have been classic migraines. He got several the fall of his freshman year, then one his sophomore year and one exactly a year later (I have kept track of dates.)

mwmom,

If it was exactly 1 year later, could it be caused by an allergy?

midwestmom… my son had to have a remedial for migraines, we sent copies of the notes from the nerologist and an update. He too was 1st diagnosed with migraines the beginning of freshman yr. in HS; however, he only had approx. four of them over the course of 4-5 months, and then none since. Cosequently he qualified medically by DODMERB… good luck.

Yes, probably spring weather allergies, as the weather conditions were identical to the year before. (Since freshman year he kept track of weather conditions of the sophomore and junior year migraines).
