Military active duty and Berkeley

I’m going to be a junior and I had a question regarding military service. I’m currently not enlisted but I was thinking of enlisting for 3 years of active duty.

I was wondering if it was possible to take like 1 class a semester online while I was active duty? I’m asking because I at least want to get a few classes out of the way while I’m in the military.

Starter guide to the armed forces/academies

First off, I admire your desire to serve, but why specifically do you want to do it and what branch are you looking at? Second, Are you sure you want to go enlisted? Officers have a higher pay, more responsibility, and can get your schooling paid for. IF you are interested in doing college, become an officer. The Academies and ROTC are great ways to pay for school, get leadership experience, have a for sure job after graduation, and be a straight boss. I will be doing ROTC at Berkeley, but I was also considering the Naval Academies. Anyhow, Berkeley actually has really strong ROTC programs for all of the branches, and if you are sure you want to go enlisted the Military will pay for a portion of your school, check that out.

You have two years left…why not just get your degree first and try to become an officer?
