<p>Which academies accept Internationals the normal way instead of being nominated by the countries for slots?</p>

<p>I would expect that being an international at one of the service academies is something of a special case, as compared to other colleges, because the main purpose (from the US government’s point of view) of the academies is produce military officers. And while foreigners can serve in the US military, they are not eligible to be officers. For that you must be a US citizen.</p>
