Mindfulness meditation and test scores

<p>According to a study I found, practicing mindfulness meditation for two weeks before taking the test increases GRE scores by sixteen percentile points. That’s a pretty dramatic boost. Maybe this is worth trying. Thoughts?</p>

<p>It’s especially helpful if you have a high level of test taking anxiety. I like the book full catastrophe living. It focuses on application and analysis rather than spirituality. </p>
