Minimum IQ if you get a 5 on AP English Lit and 5 on E and M exams? [OPINIONS]

I took the two hardest classes on each end of the spectrum (verbal and mathematics) and I am curious what you think a person’s minimum IQ is if they score a 5 on both of these exams? 6% of people score 5’s on English Lit and 30% on E and M but only 10,000 people worldwide take E and M each year. I am also assuming the person completely understands their answers and the content. I would say 120 at least. Other opinions? Just curious!

Note: i didn’t include calc bc because calc is required for e and m course. even some calc bc like knowing sin(theta) for small angles is just theta (Taylor polynomial) is practical for the exam

7.6% is the rate for 5 on English Lit. E & M is 28.6% with 20,000 people. You don’t need to get everything right to get a 5 on the ap exam. I am thinking IQ of 100. You don’t have to be braniac.

The belief the above posters have, claiming that there is an abhorrent idea that disregards many crucial factors. Anyone with an above average intelligence should be able to understand that although people with lower IQ’s may have a tougher time getting a 5 than someone with a higher IQ, there certainly is no minimum. The fact that the above posters believe this exists leads me to believe they have below average intelligence seeing how they are unable to grasp this extremely simple concept.

Yeah, IQ is fallacious. More importantly is studying/preparing for the test, though it may be easier for one than another to absorb the material.

oh yeah PacoTaco you can really study for an exam which requires you to read passages for 60 minutes and analyze hard questions and an average person can understand magnetic flux or RC transient??? I don’t think so, let alone derive it. You seem to be insecure and perhaps a little mentally deficcient.

I don’t think you need to be super intelligent to do well on these exams. Why do you need to insult people that disagree with you?

perrybarry, you obviously just want people to say a very high number to validate your belief that you’re superior and far more intelligent than everyone else. You are the insecure one. If you were really “just curious,” you wouldn’t have made this question so personal and bragged about your accomplishments. And if you were confident in yourself, you wouldn’t have asked other people to validate your egotistic ideas. Congrats on doing well on your AP exams, but there’s no need to insult others and boast about it.

My IQ is 84.
I received 5’s in chem, econ, calc, lang, psych. Received perfect score on chem sat. None of these AP tests require show intelligence, they show something that matter more IMO. Your ability to work hard, study hard, and apply what you know.
I believe the SAT probably has more to do with intelligence that the AP tests do. See what you get on the SAT.

Iq means ability. A physicist called Feynman only had an IQ of 125 and got the nobel prize. What is more important is the hard-work/talent composite.

I don’t know and I don’t care

Yeah what @Cheesy18 said “Your ability to work hard, study hard, and apply what you know.” thats pretty much school in a nutshell.

I can safely say I am by no means very smart, maybe slightly above average or average but eh lol.
