I know that your interviewer sends a report for the interview electronically, rather than by mail. Does this mean that as soon as the report is received by the server, the interview should be checked off on your account? Or does the records office need to print it and file it themselves?
I’m just sort of concerned because my interviewer had to contact MIT yesterday because my name was accidentally removed from his list because of a system changeover, and he was unable to send my report. He told me that the problem was fixed, but the interview still hasn’t been checked off. (Maybe it’s a problem with my account again?)

My interview hasn’t been checked off as well. I’m guessing they need to process the interview because it is supplemental information. If so, it would take a few weeks for the box to be checked off.
