minor

what would be a good liberal arts minor to round out a business degree?

Math - Employers always like people with strong quantitative backgrounds. Plus, a minor in math demonstrates that you’re not just slacking off.

Economics
A Foreign Language
Psychology

is econ too close to business in subject matter and why psych?
thanks

Econ is more theoretical than most business classes and covers how economics applies to society. Most business classes are fairly practical and applied subjects.

For psych, I just think it’s an interesting subject to study. Plus, certain courses in psych like social psychology and industrial psychology could be useful in the workplace.

computer science

bump bump…

Something like Law and Society would be a good minor. I don’t know if all liberal arts programs have them, tho.
